Refund and Digital Delivery Policy
BEATIFY GHOST PRODUCER
Exclusive digital products, immediate delivery, and international refund rules
Website: https://beatifyghostproducer.com
1. Scope and Nature of the Products
This Refund and Digital Delivery Policy applies to digital musical products purchased from Beatify Ghost Producer through https://beatifyghostproducer.com. Products may include final WAV masters, premaster files, instrumental versions, radio edits, extended versions, stems, ownership documents, and other files expressly listed on the product page.
Each exclusive Track is intended to be sold only once. Because the product is digital, immediately accessible, and exclusive, its commercial value may be substantially affected once the files or rights are delivered.
2. Delivery Methods
Digital Files may be delivered through the order-confirmation page, the Buyer’s account, a secure download link, email, cloud storage, an automated delivery system, or another method communicated by Beatify. Delivery is initiated when Beatify sends or makes available a functional link or the Digital Files using the information supplied by the Buyer.
3. Delivery Records
Beatify may retain lawful records of payment status, checkout acceptance, order confirmation, link generation, email delivery, account access, link access, download activity, file access, support communications, and related transaction information for order administration, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
4. Delivery Time and Review
Unless otherwise stated, files are normally made available after successful payment authorization and any required fraud review. Beatify may temporarily delay delivery where payment is pending, the payment provider requests verification, the transaction appears unauthorized, billing information is inconsistent, availability must be confirmed, a technical problem affects delivery, or legal compliance requires review.
If Beatify cannot fulfil an accepted order within a reasonable period, the Buyer may be entitled to cancellation, replacement, or refund under applicable law.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Provide a valid and accessible email address.
Check spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders.
Maintain access to the account used for the purchase.
Use compatible software and sufficient storage.
Download files within any stated availability period.
Keep download links and credentials secure.
Create a secure backup after downloading.
6. General Final-Sale Rule
Subject to mandatory law, all sales are final after the Digital Files are delivered, a download link is accessed, a download begins, files are sent directly to the Buyer, the Assignment Agreement and files are received, the Track is distributed or monetized, or the Track is removed from sale in reliance on the completed purchase.
7. Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund
The Buyer changed their mind or no longer likes the Track.
The Buyer found another Track or decided not to release the purchase.
The Buyer expected different commercial, streaming, label, or platform results.
The Buyer lacks compatible software, equipment, or technical knowledge.
The Buyer did not read the product description or expected unlisted files or services.
The Buyer purchased the wrong Track through their own error and then accessed or downloaded it.
A distributor, label, platform, Content ID service, or collection society rejects or reviews the release for reasons not caused by Beatify’s material misrepresentation.
8. Refund or Remedy Eligibility
Beatify fails to deliver the purchased product.
A provided download link does not work and Beatify cannot provide a replacement.
The Digital Files are materially corrupted and cannot reasonably be replaced or repaired.
The delivered Track materially differs from the Track ordered.
The Buyer is charged more than once for the same order.
Beatify cancels the order before the rights transfer becomes effective.
Beatify cannot provide the material rights expressly promised in the Assignment Agreement.
The transaction was genuinely unauthorized and the claim is supported by appropriate evidence.
Mandatory law grants the Buyer a refund or other remedy.
Beatify approves an exception in writing.
9. Correction Before Refund
Where a problem can reasonably be corrected by resending, replacing, repairing, completing, or providing an alternative delivery method, Beatify may offer that remedy before issuing a refund, where permitted by applicable law.
10. Defective or Missing Files
The Buyer should inspect the files promptly and report a technical problem within fourteen days after delivery whenever reasonably possible. A request should identify the order, Track, email used for purchase, affected file, problem, error message, and relevant screenshot.
This suggested reporting period does not reduce any longer mandatory period provided by law.
11. European Union and European Economic Area
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory withdrawal right for certain distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, immediate delivery may begin only after the consumer expressly requests or consents to immediate supply and acknowledges that beginning supply may result in loss of the statutory withdrawal right, to the extent permitted by law.
Loss of a withdrawal right does not eliminate remedies for non-delivery, lack of conformity, materially defective content, misleading descriptions, duplicate charges, invalid rights transfer, or other mandatory rights.
12. United Kingdom
A United Kingdom consumer may have a statutory cancellation right for digital content. Immediate supply during the cancellation period may begin only after express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel may be lost when supply begins, to the extent permitted by law.
This does not remove mandatory rights where digital content is not supplied, is materially defective, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
13. United States and Other Countries
For United States Buyers, the disclosed final-sale rule applies to the maximum extent permitted by federal and applicable state law. Buyers retain non-waivable rights concerning unauthorized billing, non-delivery, materially misrepresented products, duplicate charges, fraudulent transactions, and other statutory protections.
For other countries, this Policy applies subject to mandatory local law. Any non-waivable cancellation, conformity, refund, or consumer-protection right prevails over conflicting language.
14. Platforms, Samples, and AI Content
A refund is not normally available solely because a distributor rejects a release, a platform changes its rules, Content ID registration is denied, a collection society requests documents, a label declines the Track, a release receives limited streams, or AI-assisted content is reviewed by a platform.
The disclosed presence of royalty-free samples, licensed sounds, non-exclusive elements, or synthetic content does not by itself make the product defective. This section does not protect Beatify if Beatify knowingly supplied unauthorized material or materially misrepresented a known restriction.
15. How to Request Support or a Refund
A request must be submitted through the official support or contact channel available at https://beatifyghostproducer.com. It should include the Buyer’s name, order number, Track title, purchase date, checkout email, payment method, explanation, supporting screenshots or documents, and the requested resolution.
Beatify may request reasonable additional information needed to verify and investigate the claim. Beatify will not request a full payment-card number by email.
16. Review and Response
Beatify will review requests in good faith and respond within a commercially reasonable period. Cases involving payment-provider investigations, suspected fraud, rights claims, or third-party technical evidence may require additional time. Approval of one exceptional refund does not create an obligation to approve similar future requests.
17. Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Beatify is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, foreign-transaction charges, bank fees, non-refundable payment-provider fees, or processing delays controlled by the Buyer’s bank or payment provider.
18. Effect of a Full Refund
The order is cancelled.
The associated Assignment Agreement terminates or does not become effective.
The Buyer must stop using, distributing, licensing, monetizing, registering, or exploiting the Track.
The Buyer must remove the Track from platforms and distributors where reasonably possible.
The Buyer must withdraw inaccurate registrations or Content ID claims where reasonably possible.
The Buyer must delete the Digital Files and private copies except where retention is legally required.
Beatify may return the Track to its catalogue where legally and commercially appropriate.
19. Partial Refunds
Where only part of an order is affected, Beatify may provide a proportionate refund where legally appropriate. A partial refund does not terminate rights in unaffected products unless expressly stated. For a single exclusive Track, a partial refund will not normally reduce the scope of transferred rights unless the parties agree in writing.
20. Chargebacks
The Buyer should contact Beatify before filing a chargeback so that Beatify has an opportunity to resolve a genuine issue. This does not prevent the exercise of mandatory payment-dispute rights.
Beatify may provide a payment provider with lawful evidence including checkout acceptance, payment authorization, order confirmation, correspondence, delivery and access records, the Assignment Agreement, and evidence of distribution or monetization. Knowingly filing a false unauthorized-transaction claim after purchasing, accessing, or commercially using a Track may constitute fraud and a material breach.
21. Immediate Digital Delivery Consent
By expressly selecting the immediate-delivery consent at checkout, the Buyer requests that supply of the digital content begin before the end of any applicable cancellation period and acknowledges that access, delivery, or downloading may result in loss of a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right to the extent permitted by law.
22. Mandatory Rights and Policy Updates
Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits, or waives a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Beatify may update this Policy for future purchases. The version accepted when the order is placed governs that order unless a later change is required by law or agreed by both parties.
23. Contact
Refund and delivery questions may be submitted through the official support or contact channel available at https://beatifyghostproducer.com.
