Our productions may include vocal tracks generated or processed through Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. By purchasing a project containing AI elements, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions:

  • Instrumental Composition: We guarantee that the entire instrumental structure (melody, harmony, rhythm, and arrangement) is the original and exclusive authorship of our producers, created without the use of automatic AI music generation tools.

  • Nature of Vocals: The vocals present in the track are synthetically generated. The client receives commercial use rights for the finished work; however, the “voice” itself does not belong to a physical singer available for live performances or sonic identity exclusivity.

  • Rights and Royalties: Once the license/project is purchased, the client holds the rights for commercial exploitation of the full track. No additional royalties are due to the developers of the AI tools used, in accordance with the commercial licenses in effect at the time of production.

  • Registration Limitations: The client is responsible for verifying the rules of distribution platforms and copyright associations (such as ASCAP, BMI, PRS) regarding the registration of works containing synthetic voice elements.

If uploaded content contains human vocal recordings, we process voice timbre only to train generalized audio models. We do not use this data to identify individuals or create non-consensual “Deepfakes” or identity clones of specific artists.

  • We operate using servers that may be located outside your home country. We use appropriate contractual safeguards to ensure the protection of this data.

  • Personal information will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes described, except where required by legal obligations.

We use cookies for:
